Softball Ontario Annual Season Rollover
1.1 Purpose of this document
The Purpose of this document is to document what is required to do a seasonal rollover of the Softball Ontario Membership Registration System.
2. End Users
2.1 Users
For all users their user status will be set to inactive so they will need to log in, sign the waivers to become active again.
2.1.1 Umpires
Returning Umpires will have to reselect which umpire role they want for the current season and make the associated payment. If they had a “level” associated with it from the previous year, it should be pre-populated in the field.

3. Administrative Functionality
3.1 Technical
A new Season needs to be created. All data from the previous season will be saved for historic purposes and reporting.
3.2 Users
All user profiles will have their status set to be inactive. Users when the sign in will be required to sign the waivers to become active.
3.3 Waivers
The waiver document is updateable by admin, there are no changes due to the roll-over
3.4 Reports
No changes needed to the Reports section. If needed, there is an existing search option for “Season” to view orders from previous seasons.
